The test cost is $690 inc GST per screen.
Plus $14.70 inc GST, if you use one of our collection centres for your blood sample.
Currently, this screening is not a publicly funded service.
There are two ways to pay:
Option 1: Prepay for your screen online here. When you pay for your test, you’ll get two attachments in your confirmation email. A proof of purchase with a PAID stamp, and the Illumiscreen request form. Complete your request form with your healthcare provider and then take the completed form and your proof of purchase to your nearest collection centre.
Option 2: Payment for your screening and collection is made at the collection centre where you are getting your blood collection. Our centres can take EFTPOS.
